I'm a seasoned trauma therapist working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD and perinatal mental health (preconception, pregnancy and postpartum). You have symptoms getting in the way of your success - we'll focus on reducing symptoms, clearing the emotional clutter that impacts your mood, relationships with partners, with friends, and work. I'm certified in EMDR, a certified EMDR Consultant, certified in Interpersonal Therapy, certified in Perinatal Mental Health and often train other clinicians around trauma, birth loss, pre and postpartum mental health, HIV/AIDS and 2SLGBTQI+.
I use a combination of evidenced-based practices and somatic practices including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic treatment, Interpersonal therapy (IPT), Narrative therapy and EMDR Therapy. Telehealth is available for Oregon and Washington state clients, with in-person (Los Angeles) or telehealth available for all Californians.
I often see artists and entertainment industry professionals, new parents, infertility concerns, birth trauma, pregnancy and birth loss, prenatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders as well as those more established professionals making career and life transitions and decisions.
