I'm a licensed psychotherapist and obtained my graduate degree at Columbia University, specializing in mental health. My approach is psychodynamic, relational, and strength based. I have specific interest and experience in body image and eating disorders, loss/transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, chronic illness, and LGBT issues.
