As a Recovery Coach my aim is to meet you where you are, and to let you know that wherever you are is normal. I am able to engage clients outside the confines of traditional clinical practice, providing support where there might currently be gaps in your care. This can look like: Meeting in the community—whether you need support going to a recovery meeting or you want encouragement while eating a meal. Sharing my own experiences with mental health, sobriety, and eating disorder recovery. Long and short-term goal setting, and hands-on support taking steps to achieve those goals.
I am a Qualified Mental Health Associate and Certified Recovery Mentor with the state of Oregon. I have both personal and professional experience with depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use recovery. I have over ten years experience working in the mental health field, and can offer unique support for your journey.
