My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths based, and trauma informed. Through our work together, we will find what therapeutic modality works best for you with the challenges that are present. Therapy can be challenging at times, so my role is to provide a safe space where one can reflect, feel supported, be challenged, and feel empowered.

I am experienced in working with challenges around depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, marital/relationship, and life changes to name a few.
