Utilizing a blend of therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing,
I strive to create a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore and grow. In addition to individual therapy, I also work with couples, drawing on my training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I’m passionate about helping couples strengthen their bond and navigate the challenges that arise in relationships.
