Hello, I am not currently taking on new clients. I provide individualized psychotherapy to adults via Telehealth that promotes healing, personal growth, and confidence in your own identity. By creating a safe space for you to process your experiences, I am able to help you on your journey towards healing. I will customize my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all process, so I am intentional about working together and empowering you to take control of your narrative.
I specialize in working with young adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, acute stress disorder, adjustment disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Addressing my own mental health needs has given me a unique perspective that allows me to be transparent and confident in my skills. As an empath myself, I am able to recognize the challenges that come with being highly sensitive to emotions, challenges, and social interactions. I have done the work myself and can be understanding of the struggle.
