Therapy is a process in which we work collaboratively in a safe, compassionate environment to help facilitate your inner development and healing so that you are able to arrive at your fullest potential. The journey can at times feel deeply vulnerable and terrifying, and so I work with you to tend to your deepest concerns free of any judgment. The healing capacity already exists inside of you; the therapeutic connection only serves to activate and amplify it so that you are able to address your symptoms and improve your quality of life and your relationships in empowering ways.
Further, I always make room for the spirituality and culture of my patients to inform the healing process. I will utilize a variety of therapeutic tools to help bring about movement and lasting change in your life, such as dream tending, expressive arts, guided imagery, examining and exploration of conscious and unconscious meaning to bring profound change.
I have been practicing therapy for 18 years. Originally from the Central Valley, I enjoy spending time out in nature and enjoy going for long walks in the local foothills. I am a life, long student of Depth Psychotherapy, a branch of therapy that incorporates the entirety of the persons; emotional, physical, and spirituality.
