I focus on offering healing that involves both deep excavation and confrontation of one’s psyche and somatic processing of traumatic wounds, ultimately leading to a remembering of a more authentic, complex self and reclaiming of one’s life in the interconnected web of nature. I specialize in working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, & psychedelic integration. I have worked extensively with issues of childhood & adult traumas. I prefer to work with people who are open, willing, and ready to do deep weekly work and want somatic therapy. I also enjoy exploring spiritual issues & having a life of meaning. I work with ages 30+.
My approach uses relational (jungian) depth and parts work to uncover wounds & confront complexes and defenses, Somatic Experiencing & mindfulness to synchronize mind-body-spirit, & holistic strategies to support integration. Work with me tends to be more experiential than cognitive. My style is warm, non-judgmental, attachment-oriented, and trauma-informed.
