Hello! I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ identities, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and trauma. If you choose to work with me for counseling, you can expect collaboration, humor, and a warm, relational framework. I incorporate a variety of healing modalities into my practice, particularly dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, somatic mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Ultimately, I believe (and research shows) that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in treatment outcomes. I will always strive to listen to your unique needs and to incorporate your feedback into our sessions. As a proud member of the queer/LGBTQIA+ community, I welcome queer, trans, and nonbinary clients.
