Have you lost someone you love through death or other means? Is it now difficult to navigate life? Are you now questioning your beliefs? Others may not understand how deeply this loss impacts you. Perhaps you feel that you don't have time or permission to grieve. Often, those who are experiencing grief feel immobilized, struggle to complete day-to-day tasks, and fear the future. Some feel immense anger or have trouble feeling anything at all. Frequently, we feel alone, isolated with our loss. As a survivor myself, I can relate. Grief can feel as if your entire world has shattered. I can help you regroup and pick up the pieces.

I am a secular therapist (MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling) and am a certified grief informed professional. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Integrative Mental Health Counseling. I've taught yoga & guided meditation. I help you hone somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive connections and tap into your intuition from a non-religious perspective.
