How would it be if you had trust in yourself to live fully and courageously? Difficult life experiences have promoted protective parts of you which have helped you survive and even succeed in important ways, but they now keep your life limited and unfulfilling. These survival mechanisms can manifest as depression, anxiety, workaholism, avoidance, emotional blockages, and other unsustainable patterns. I offer an invitation for change and transformation. Through our collaboration, you can heal and resolve past experiences so that you can move forward from a place of wholeness, connectedness, and vitality.
My therapeutic approach is based on the approaches of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are both mind/body modalities. These approaches have been transformational for myself and many clients I have witnessed because they offer radical openness and compassionate inquiry about all parts of your experience.
It can be difficult to start therapy because you must first admit that you want life to be different from how it is, which takes courage and humility. Seeking help is an expression of hope. If you are ready to fully understand and build presence for all parts of yourself, it would be a privilege to be part of your healing journey.
