Whether you've been in therapy before or this is your first time, finding the right therapist for you can be difficult, especially when you’re navigating challenging emotions and experiences. I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I want you to know what kind of therapist I am so you can decide if we might be the right fit. With a warm and direct approach, my goal is to honor who you are and help you to work towards being the best version of yourself. I work with teens, young adults, and adults on issues of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, LGBTQ+-related issues, trauma, grief/loss, and self-worth.
My approach to therapy is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and some somatic work. I believe that therapy should be a personalized experience for each client, and that each client has a voice in their treatment. Together, we will create a safe and empowering space for you to explore and heal.
