I want to make the process of counseling approachable and meaningful. Counseling can be thought-provoking, enlightening, and even fun. I have been a counselor for nearly 23 years now and describe my approach as client-focused. I like to think of counseling sessions as a process for “puzzle-solving” in which I can help you to fit the pieces of your life into a larger, more meaningful pattern.
