As a queer trans person, I am passionate about LGBTQIA+ individuals receiving affirming therapy that empowers them to find a community who will support and celebrate all aspects of their identities. I am neurodivergent and enjoy working with autistic clients. I'm polyamory and kink positive.
As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches. Interventions I specialize in are Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
