Through a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you get to the root cause of symptoms, to help offer relief as well as redirect maladaptive patterns to positive changes.

I am informed and specialize in childhood trauma, adult-onset trauma, attachment relationships, anxiety, phobias and exposure therapy, and depression. I primarily utilize attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, self-psychology, and intersubjective theory to drive our sessions together.
