Areas of expertise include relational/family issues, blended families and adoption issues, and life transitions including loss of a partner, retirement, family estrangement. I have worked with families, children and adults for over twenty years.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you see the patterns in your thinking and behavior and help you change those that are not working well for you.
