We are a group of Mental Health Clinicians that work with a wide range of mental health diagnoses, needs and goals. We specialize in working with individuals, couples and families struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship/marital struggles, parenting, suicidality, trauma, career counseling, and mood disorders, to name a few. We strive to help people heal and be able to move forward to reach their full potential!
We collectively offer individual, couples, play and family counseling. We have practitioners trained in EMDR, CBT, RSM, Family Systems, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Attachment theory, Motivational Interviewing, and many more.
