I work with individuals of all ages who are struggling to cope with life's challenges. I have a special interest in Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive and Related Disorders, and working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
I believe that establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is key in having a positive therapy experience. I use CBT and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify negative patterns learn new skills to help them make necessary changes in order to grow.
