I find a significant importance in helping individuals of any kind identify their worth. Everyone deserves to feel and be their best selves. My goal is to help my clients instill the hope that they have the capability of getting to that point. Shame, guilt, negative self-talk, and trauma are some of the many barriers that prevent us from living to our full potential. When someone is ready and willing to add to their self-care tool belt, it provides an opportunity to heal from their adversities and strengthen their love for the self.
I enjoy working with people of all ages who are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am trained in working with people experiencing suicidal ideation or those that are experiencing a crisis or relationship difficulties. I also have experience in treating children and teens with selective mutism.
Going to therapy can be a vulnerable experience, but I do my best to make it a safe and comfortable place to cultivate growth. I have found a great joy in witnessing clients find confidence and love within themselves as it leads to a deal of other great benefits such as self-fulfillment, strength in personal relationships, and living positively.
