My best self feels just out of reach...what happened to me? Why am I so stuck? Anxiety, depression, grief, difficulty with boundaries or a general feeling of ungrounded self are common experiences. We can watch patterns repeat and often feel powerless in the process. We find ourselves in systems or roles that no long serve our highest selves. Present or past experiences might keep us from living life in a way that feels physically healthy, connected to others, and with purpose. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and spacious. You are the expert on yourself as we explore your emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. We all have unique journeys and goals so I use a mixture of interventions to support that truth. These include family of origin work, reparenting, nervous system care, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, hypnotherapy and more.
