I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I adopt a collaborative approach to treatment working closely with my clients to determine goals for counseling. Together, we will explore both the current circumstances and the past experiences that are contributing to your concerns. Then, we team up to find solutions to current problems and work to heal old wounds. I use an eclectic approach tailored to the specific needs of each client, but primarily draw from psychodynamic, existential, CBT, and mindfulness interventions.

Blending psychodynamic insight with existential reflection, I empower individuals to navigate life's complexities. Mindfulness techniques are used to foster resilience, guiding you towards an authentic and fulfilling life.
