My practice supports adults in mindfully navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions, including the transition to parenthood. I enjoy working with parents as they navigate difficult moments and phases of their parenting journey and am passionate about helping mothers in the perinatal period, including trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to motherhood. For all of us, there are moments in life when things feel like “too much.” These moments are worthy of our attention.
Whether you’re seeking a deeper understanding of your emotions and relationships, looking for support while going through a challenging transition, or want to learn better ways to manage stress and anxiety, I provide a space where you are safely encouraged to explore the most challenging parts of your life.
I aim to meet you where you are, honoring your unique life experiences and offering responses that address your needs. I practice listening deeply and respectfully, with curiosity and compassion and view my role as that of a supportive and empathetic guide, supporting your innate capacity for self-awareness, growth, and well-being.
