The truth is that no matter how strongly we love our teens, and how powerfully we want the best for them, life's challenges can still get in the way of our teens thriving at their best.
Through CBT and mindfulness, it is my goal to help your teen work through challenging emotions, possess better self-regulation in moments of distress, improve self-esteem, and feel more connected in relationships with family and peers. I help young adults come into adulthood successfully and general life transitions.
Additionally, I am a passionate ally and provide a safe place for teens to explore LGBTQ+ identities. Throughout my clinical experience, I have learned that each story deserves a safe place to be told so that healthy relationships can be formed or repaired, whether it is with others or with yourself.
