Everybody hurts and everybody struggles at some point in their lives. Sometimes we all need a helping hand. I believe it is how we respond to and learn from these experiences that defines who we are as human beings. In my practice, I work beside my clients to develop personalized solutions to promote healing, resolve lingering pain, and integrate trauma and loss. I care deeply about helping people to heal, grow, and understand themselves.
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with everything from life transitions to chronic mental illness. I specialize in grief and loss, processing trauma, and treating anxiety and depression. I use a collaborative humanistic and solution-focused approach to empower and support you on your healing journey.
I work collaboratively with clients to express, recognize, and process their unresolved issues and emotions by combining creative approaches and talk therapy with mindfulness and behavioral modification techniques. Together, we strive to realize their goals, improve their mental health and increase their resiliency as they work to reimagine their lives.
