I specialize in trauma, identity, belonging, and wounded relationships, helping people develop shame resiliency, regulate emotionally, process grief, and restore their body and mind. Working with attachment, I have in-depth experience with challenges resulting from early dysfunction and the ways it appears in adulthood in our identity and relationships.
