Anxiety and depression can impact our lives in many ways. Unacknowledged feelings of grief express themselves as irritability, chronic anxiety, low-grade depression, and a negative outlook on life. Come in to a safe place where we will work together to find solutions to help you live your life more fully.
I have been called to assist those going through life struggles and all of the conditions associated with them. I have experience and training in depression, anxiety, panic, suicide, grief and loss, aging issues, and spiritual issues.
