I work with anyone who is experiencing a wide range of social and emotional difficulties including sadness, anxiety, phobias, family and life transitions and friendships. I provide individual therapy, family therapy and parent coaching in a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment in order to address individual needs and concerns. In addition, I provide support and guidance in promoting additional understanding of family dynamics and facilitating a better channel of communication between family members. I enjoy working collaboratively with families to find unique ways to help their children or themselves to progress and heal.
Therapy can provide useful tools to decrease unwanted patterns of behavior and increase happiness with life. I use a practical approach to address every individuals specific struggles in order to produce life enhancing changes. I provide a safe and respectful space for self exploration.
I have 25 years experience working with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings. I have expertise in assisting individuals and families with developing healthy relationships. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish healthy ways to cope with their difficulties.
