I am trained in numerous trauma-informed modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting (BSP). I incorporate mindfulness and somatic awareness to increase integration between the mind and body. Above all, I honor that each client is different and can tailor the modality and practices that feel right for you.
