Through office-based counseling for children, teens, adults and couples, hospice and grief counseling in hospitals and home visits, movement groups, rites of passages, and school systems, I've witnessed and guided powerful changes.
Beyond traditional talk therapy methods, I also specialize in dance/movement therapy, creative arts, somatic therapy, and mindfulness techniques to support an "inside-out" experience that moves you to create lasting change.
