With a Ph.D. in Counseling and specialized training in perinatal mental health, my woman-centered services address challenges such as prenatal/postpartum adjustment, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, perinatal loss, grief, depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, burnout, self-esteem, perfectionism, parenting, relationship issues, and life changes.

New Mama Therapy Group
A 6-week group for postpartum mothers (babies 0-6 months) to come together and share their experiences and challenges as they transition into motherhood. Group members receive professional and peer support in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. This group is focused on evidence-based practices for improving maternal wellness and connectedness.
