I worked for several years at a local hospice, helping clients navigate their grief and loss. Although grief was the primary reason that my clients were requesting therapy, their grief was often complicated by other struggles, especially anxiety and depression. Wanting to expand my counseling more fully into other areas, I decided to open my own practice.
