Hello there! I'm Elle. I became a therapist because I wanted to become the therapist I never had, someone who won't just sit and listen but will provide effective tools and understanding to improve harmful thinking patterns and behaviors. I've always been passionate about seeing people overcome challenges and embrace both the good and imperfect parts that make them unique. I'm excited and motivated to help you overcome your challenges as I have with my own mental and health difficulties. I embrace who I am: a recovering anxious person, vulnerable, and learning from my mistakes.
