Elle Counseling Group was founded to provide therapy tailored specifically for women and girls. Elle Counseling specializes in Perinatal and Postpartum therapy, while providing general therapy care to woman in all stages of life. Women are multi-tasking backbones to, not only their immediate families but, society in general through their careers and community outreach. They often go under-and undiagnosed with learning disorders and mental health diagnoses due to their adaptive abilities. ECG is working to change those circumstances. ECG’s mission is to support women on their journey to becoming their own advocates.
Noelle Kristan founded Elle Counseling Group after her own experience of entering motherhood was followed by a postpartum depression diagnosis. She saw that the social safety net for women post-childbirth, and during other major life events, was lacking and needed more readily accessible entities to help.
Elle Counseling Group focuses on providing a warm, comfortable environment with no judgement. A true safe space for all women in all stages. Noelle’s personal experience paired with her training and certifications make her uniquely qualified to provide bespoke therapy services to women and girls in need of support.
