I specialize in helping people who are facing life changes, stressors or relationship conflict. Or you may have suffered for awhile and feel ready now to make a change. I am skilled in helping people navigate these chapters of life, of helping you heal and move forward in a more meaningful and fulfilling way.
I specialize in helping people heal from major stressful life events. I am a trauma specialist and I am EMDR trained, and IFS informed. I specialize in recovery from narcissistic childhood and adult abuse. I have a depth of experience working with individuals, couples and families needing support in navigating the changes and challenges life brings.
