My clients have often been called sensitive, experience chronic pain/illness and/or have neurodivergent diagnoses such as Autism/ADHD from all ages across the lifespan. In therapy, my clients are looking for a safe space to process their lived experiences, find validation, identify goals/concerns and gain confidence alongside a better understanding of themselves. As a late diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, my goal is to empower my client who may also experience the world from these perspectives.
Being a Counselor/ Art Therapist allows me to work with those who may want a non traditional approach to therapy; because some days we need to talk and process, and on other days we need to create and regulate! Whether or not you consider yourself an artist or creative individual, I am here to help you build confidence through various forms of expression.
Any change can be scary, but you don't have to do it alone. I aim to be an empathetic, non-biased person to process life with. As your therapist, I hope I can be your confidant, the person by your side. Please send me an email, and let's get a free 15 minute virtual consult scheduled to see if we're a good match!
