At the heart of my approach is my belief that humans possess the power to heal and grow. With that in mind, I encourage and support a joint process between myself and the client. My purpose is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to identify obstacles and resolve conflicts that interfere with your ability to live your life.
During my 12 years of practice, I've worked with all ages. I have a passion for working with adults dealing with anxiety disorders and post-partum depression. Therapy is not one size fits all; I use multiple modalities like mindful breathing, grounding exercises, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques to improve quality of life.
If you are here right now, you may be struggling. My goal is to support my clients in developing practical skills that they can integrate into their daily lives. Congratulations on taking the first step towards growth and inner peace. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step - Lao Tzu.
