I enjoy working with children, teens and adults. Most of my experience has been in the home and school setting, working with children and teens who experience anxiety, depression, developmental disabilities and behavioral concerns. Most of my clients strive to develop skills to work on emotional regulation and improve their interpersonal relationships. Working with individuals in a variety of settings has given me the perspective on the importance of understanding the influence of different environments on a client's life.
I incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art and music therapy in order to work with clients to increase confidence and regulate emotions. Music and Art are a powerful tool individuals can utilize in order to express themselves in a healthy and effective way. Addressing barriers that restrict you is important to help you move forward.
