In addition to treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, postpartum/peripartum changes/transitions, Elizabeth enjoys working with couples to develop deeper and more meaningful relationships, with open communication, trust, and intimacy. Elizabeth approaches counseling from a number of systemic theories, like narrative therapy and solution focused.
