Welcome! I'm Liz. My priority is helping clients overcome their life path challenges, and achieve the personal goals they envision for themselves. In contemporary/modern society, we are hyper aware of the challenges people face, but often remiss to get help in to overcome them. My areas of expertise are working with diverse individuals who live with autism spectrum disorder, anxieties, phobias, depressive challenges, schizoaffective and personality challenges. My therapeutic approach has empirical frameworks in Analytical and Jungian Psychology, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy & more
I have a variety of therapeutic experience working with diverse populations in many settings including residential facilities, traditional and non-traditional schools, community mental health centers, and more. I also use energetic management modalities to facilitate therapeutic progress such as breathwork, egowork, mindfulness, meditation, and human design.
