As a passionate and dedicated art therapist with eight years of experience, I have witnessed the transformative power of creativity in healing and personal growth. Guided by empathy and compassion, I’ve helped individuals cope with emotional, psychological, and physical challenges. My therapeutic approach combines art techniques with evidence-based methods, fostering self-expression, self-awareness, and healing. Throughout my years of working, I have gained experience with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma and PTSD and other mood disorders.
