I am passionate about creating a safe and collaborative space in counseling, so that we can work together to help identify your inner strengths, learn coping strategies, and cultivate the life you want to live. I have completed specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, including pregnancy and postpartum, and would love to support you as a parent/future parent, in coping with the challenges that season of your life may bring. I also enjoy working with individuals who may be questioning their identity or navigating intersecting identities and wanting to live more authentically.
I will work with you on identifying and changing patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and/or relationships that are no longer working for you. I will help you develop strategies to cope with life challenges, support you in identifying your strengths, and using those strengths to help you cultivate a life consistent with your values and personal goals.
It takes courage to be vulnerable and to share one's life story and I hope to walk with you in the process. I currently have virtual and in-person openings.
