Are you feeling overwhelmed by grief, struggling with the loss of a beloved pet, or navigating the complexities of trauma and dissociative disorders? I’m here to help. As a person-centered therapist, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings and begin the healing process. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQ community and neurodivergent folx (no masking required)! My approach is deeply empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I utilize a blend of EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with profound grief, whether from the loss of a human or a cherished pet, and helping those who suffer from dissociative disorders from the lasting effects of trauma. My clients come from all walks of life, but they share a common goal: to find peace and reclaim their lives.
Reaching out takes so much courage and I know it isn’t easy. Finding the right therapist is important. Feel free to email me with any questions or to schedule a first session or a 15-minute phone call. You may also follow the link to my website to schedule with me through our scheduling system. I look forward to beginning this journey with you!
