Whether you are dealing with stressful life changes, relationship conflict, cycles of anxiety and depression, or just need someone to help process all of life's complicated emotions, I am here to help. I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy. When life gets tough, it forces us to look for ways to change and grow and it does not hurt to have some help as we do so. I believe a person grows best when given authenticity and encouraged to be as their authentic selves. Emotional disconnection from oneself can cause difficulty coping which often lead them to unhealthy coping skills in an attempt to relieve pain.
I enjoy working with adults, teens, and children. I specialize in treatment for those who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, work and relational stress, life transitions, and self-esteem. My communication style changes depending on the client as we all have different personalities to appreciate, but is always warm, safe, and non-judgmental.
I know therapy can be overwhelming but choosing to begin is a huge step, I am happy you are here! I will meet you where you are comfortable and I would never take a client somewhere that I would not be willing to go myself in the healing process. There is no one size fits all for therapy so we will collaborate together throughout and make changes as we go!
