As a mother of two boys, and being married, I know life can be challenging. I take a personable and genuine approach to therapeutic treatment. We start where you are at and work collaboratively to make shifts to attain overall mental health wellness. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs and utilize different types of modalities all while practicing culturally sensitive care.
Therapy isn’t always easy which is why I emphasize that therapy is a team approach, I describe my therapeutic approach as empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I believe that fostering a welcoming, safe, and secure therapeutic relationship is important. I want my clients to feel heard, seen and understood.
