My main focus is helping clients identify their stressors and learn different methods of coping. While people may share similar experiences, our reactions and perceptions are uniquely our own. Every person's journey is different and can be difficult. I will meet you where you are at emotionally, help you gain the insight to get where you want to be, and then assist in guiding you to get there.
I've worked in inpatient settings, outpatient settings and on the insurance side. I have a unique view of the overall spectrum. I have wide range of interests and resources-I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
