I work with couples, adults and teens, and families to help them resolve conflict, increase emotional and physical intimacy in relationships, and live more authentically. I believe that counseling creates opportunities for individuals, couples, and families to explore their unique life experiences and empowers them to accomplish their mental health and relationship goals. Previously, I worked with U.S. military veterans and their families to help them nurture safe and authentic relationships with their spouses and loved ones while readjusting to civilian life.
I currently see clients in person or via telehealth at Attuned Relationship Center, a group practice in West Seattle that offers services including individual therapy, couples therapy, discernment counseling, and sex therapy. My approach to counseling is client-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
