I work with couples and adults. People I have had the pleasure to work with are often in a transitional period of their life and feel stuck working through it on their own. You may fit criteria for the following issues: depression, anxiety, bipolar, chronic illness, sexual dysfunctions (including painful sex, low desire, erectile disorder, achieving orgasm too quickly, or not at all, STI diagnoses, sexual identity and/or orientation exploration, difficulty communicating with partners, partners who have mental health disorders, self-esteem, and body image challenges. I am a good fit for folks who are open to doing exercises at home.
I am a flexible clinician who will meet you where you are at and help you work towards your future goals. I work well with people who tend to value thinking over feeling but recognize this isn't helpful for them across their lives. I am passionate about helping people recognize their various feelings designed to help people survive and learn to manage them.
Therapy provides an open space to fully process what is going on for you without judgment. It is the only space where you are centered and focus completely on your own needs. Some people really struggle with taking up this space and they are often the ones who need it the most. I am here to empower you while supporting connection in your relationships.
