I believe that everyone deserves an ally in this world. As a therapist, I strive to be that for each of my clients as they face life’s ups and downs. I lead with an open heart and aim to create a safe space for my clients during their sessions. I work to empower my clients by validating them and helping them understand their feelings and experiences.
I use a psychodynamic framework to understand what patterns in your relationships and life may be contributing to your symptoms. I am experienced in caring for those with a range of symptoms and experiences, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational challenges, low self esteem, body image issues, sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, and more.
I recognize how challenging it can be to take the first step in starting therapy. I am committed to making you feel welcomed and cared for from the very beginning. I currently work at Talking Works Counseling and hold sessions in person and virtually. I look forward to meeting you.
