I help women navigate issues such as self-confidence, work/life balance, dating and relationships, anxiety, depression, and friendship/family challenges. I am also fiercely passionate about helping those on the path to parenthood navigate perinatal mental health.
Together, we will work to cultivate deeper self-awareness, find self-compassion for the things you feel shame around, and learn how to live in a way that aligns with your needs and values. I also have training and experience conducting CBT and DBT and often find it helpful to incorporate their evidence-based skill-building tools into my work with clients.
