When you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally stuck, it can impact every aspect of your life. These difficult emotions can get in the way of experiencing and participating in your life the way you want to. I specialize in helping people cope with anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness strategies to teach new ways to cope with painful thoughts and feelings.
I am a trauma informed therapist who offers an inclusive, safe space to process life's challenges. Other areas of specialization include depression, increasing feelings of self-esteem and self-worth, and assisting individuals through challenging life transitions (e.g. college related issues, career concerns, family situations).
As a therapist, I strive to be compassionate, genuine, and to help clients draw on their inner strengths. Please visit my website to learn more about the practice. I'd be happy to share more information during a free 15 minute phone consultation.
