I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness strategies to teach new ways to cope with painful thoughts and feelings.
I am a trauma informed therapist who offers an inclusive, safe space to process life's challenges. Other areas of specialization include depression, increasing feelings of self-esteem and self-worth, and assisting individuals through challenging life transitions (e.g. college related issues, career concerns, family situations).
